I usually come to this Tim Hortons, and my orders aren’t always made the way I expect. But today, Atul took my order, and the experience was completely different. He was very friendly, polite, and made my coffee perfectly. It tasted great, and his customer service really stood out. Thank you, Atul, for making my visit so enjoyable. Keep up the great work! 😊

I usually don’t expect any good services from Tim Hortons, but I really want to give a big appreciation and shoutout to a guy I met today. I took my daughter here to buy a donut, then this nice tall Indian guy wearing a turban (not sure if the name tag he was wearing is indeed his name) continuously to greet my daughter with smile and kindness, then unexpectedly he gave my daughter a free Timbit. Such a small gesture from this gentleman but really shows kindness and warmth!
