Bathroom isn't working & yet this store can remain open? This is unsanitary. The law states that if any establishment is serving food that there should be a working washroom. Again the staff say that the washroom is broken. Close this Time Hortons store down until the washrooms are fixed & in working order! Stay away from this place!
