If management reads this, this store is extremely short staffed for a busy location. Issues: - running out of things and not updating the system. Many donuts ran out so the staff keep calling people over who ordered at the kiosk or mobile to select alternative donuts. Can be solved by just updating the POS. - Extremely short staffed, yes. Lack of the sense of urgency also yes. Lines of people waiting, waiting at the till for 5 minutes just to order while the staff is picking donuts for people slowly. - overall, this location... read more
