Ordered at the drive though, asked for a cold brew with espresso, a black coffee and a French vanilla. The cold brew had no espresso, the coffee was VERY burnt. The French Vanilla was good though. Quite literally, 95% of my visits to this location end up having an incorrect order. To anyone reading this, make sure you taste test every order before leaving the drive through

i was having a long drive and see this tim hortons.I tried buying food, to my surprise the coffee was fresh sandwich was well made and donuts are awesome.Unlike at the other tim hortons. Serving was fast over all good experience in this tim hortnons
I had a really disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons on April 5th, 2025, at around 6:42 AM. The girl who took my order was very rude and unprofessional. She kept repeating “anything else? anything else?” in an annoyed and impatient tone, which made me feel really uncomfortable. It felt like she didn’t want to help at all. I hope the management addresses this and provides proper customer service training to their staff. She was an indian girl i can tell by her accent .
Went and ordered an iced cap and they made us wait in the lot for 10 minutes. Went in and asked what was going on and they said their iced Capp machine hadn't been working but they thought they'd have it up in time. Why not mention that when asked for an iced Capp? They offered us an iced coffee instead, so a cheaper item and never offered any refund.
