Terrible customer service. I strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant. And there is another Tim Hortons in Metrotown.
I came here to order a brown sugar protein iced latte so i went to the cashier and pull out my phone to point what i want exactly to order and she’s like go wait there without even taking my order and she starts to talk to her coworker and when i told her that she didn’t take my order she acts like she didn’t hear me so i asked a different person to take my order so she takes my order and when i got my order it was wrong, horrible service in overall. I have a strong complaint about sanitation in this location, twice I get a breakfast in different seasons and I have a strong diarrea, I believe are the eggs, I believe that you guys don't clean often the pan or the tools that you use for handling eggs, I very disappointed and I prefer to go other store to buy again in this location.
Got lied on the face by staff and supervisor. That script you tell to every customer when they have complains are classic . We have been regularly getting coffee here but today was incredibly disappointing. Drinks were very bland. It surely is a busy location which is understandable but they should serve quality products. they even fail to clean up and mop spilled beverages which can be a safety issue for their customers. Renovation done but no upgrade with service and consistency on products
