The staff at this location are wonderful—always kind, friendly, and attentive. I’ve been coming here almost daily for the past two years, as it’s right next to my workplace, and I absolutely love the team. I truly recommend this place!

I had a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons on April 1st around 1:30 PM. I had forgotten to ask for a chai tea bag with my order, so I politely returned to the counter and offered to pay for it. Instead of helping, the employee named Rajpreet told me I was being rude—despite me remaining calm throughout the conversation. Even her co-worker seemed embarrassed and acknowledged it was a mistake. Rajpreet, however, continued to argue rather than resolve the issue professionally.
