The establishment is usually clean, however the state in which you get your order is always a gamble. I’ve had many instances of getting orders with missing or incorrect items, hairs in food, or food items looking decrepit. Obviously I’ve had more positive experiences than negative, but I’ve had less than ideal situations with my orders one too many times to where I can’t rate this place any higher.
