I’ve used this drive-thru several times, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. There’s rarely a proper greeting (even a simple “good evening” would make a difference), and the overall service feels unprofessional. I’ve held off on leaving a review before, but my most recent visit confirmed that both the customer interaction and service quality need improvement. (Evening or night time)
I ordered an Oreo Iced Capp from this place and honestly, this is really disappointing. There are barely any Oreo chunks in the drink, and the whipped cream portion is also very minimal. If you’re out of ingredients or something needs to be refilled, it would be better to let customers know instead of serving something like this. I understand it can get busy, but quality shouldn’t be ignored. Customer service was… “amazing” (in the most sarcastic way possible). Definitely not what I expected.
I grabbed a coffee and a strawberry muffin from this location in evening which were so good . Whole staff of afternoon shift was very friendly. Will come back again.
I visit this location almost every morning on my way to work. They make best steeped tea in the town.
