One of the best customer service they have I am a truck driver and every day I am coming from Caledon because they have good customer service
I have to say I always come here for my coffee and donuts. Udya is one special lady who always takes care of all my orders. I am impressed at her speed and service delivery, it’s excellent. Great location, fresh food and definitely fantastic crew that’s led by Udya. Great job Tim Hortons!!!
This place is a complete zoo.... All the staff is rude and the place is falling apart. I also saw a muffin get dropped on the floor, picked up and put in a bag and served out the drive-thru window while I was standing inside waiting for my order.... DISGUSTING
