Tims service, quality, consistency and general service has shot downhill in the last few years faster than any other place I've gone to in my life. Truly awful. I get the wrong stuff 90% of the time. Foods gross. Drinks are made poorly. There is zero consistency between any of the locations. You can order the same thing and get completely different tasting food and drink at each of them. Ordered Toasted Bagel with cream cheese and a DD. Doubt the Bagel was toast for more than 5secs if at all. The coffee likely had zero sugar of was not stired what so ever... Pretty basic job and this is why I dont tip in type of service.... you can no longer assume people will do their job correctly, let alone well enough to deserve more than the wage they're paid
All the time when I visit the tables are always dirty no space to seat there. All the time I wish to have a muffins or donuts but there are always flies in it. Need improvement.
