I had an excellent experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Gary. He is always friendly, polite, and hardworking. From greeting customers with a warm smile to preparing orders quickly and accurately, Gary consistently delivers great service. Even during busy times, he stays calm, efficient, and professional. Employees like Gary truly make a difference—thank you for making my visit so enjoyable!

Waited for 10 minutes for breakfast sandwichs, when I received them they were cold, the server didn't seem to care at all when I said they were cold. He just stared at me and walked away. Service and quality of Tim Hortons products jas taken a nose dive in the past ten years, absolutely no care of concern for customer service, people who you cannot understand in the drive thru.
