Okay so just wanted to share my experience with Dinal from my visit. We asked for a grilled croissant and without realising it wasn’t grilled we left, we had to come back to ask for replacement as that was not what we ordered. When we asked for replacement, she gave us an unnecessary attitude and told it was our fault as we didn’t speak clearly and started saying something to our colleague in her language which we thought was inappropriate.
