Honestly would give no stars if I could. Waited almost 20 minutes still no chance to order. One guy running the cash and making coffees while 4 people stand at the drive thru window doing nothing. Would recommend just getting an energy drink or coffee at mcdonalds or the local gas station as thos place will waste your time. The staff are lucky they work in a small town like kapuskasing cause they would be out of a job if they tried this in Toronto.
Worst experience. Waited for about 25 minutes in drive thru and i was told at the window they dont have the product at 9 in morning. Waste of time! Worst hospitality.
I stopped in to grab food on my way out of town. The line was really long and moving steadily, but slower than other places I've been to. I was already having a super stressful day and was in a bad mood. There was a trainee at the cash. He was clearly doing his best. As I was waiting for my turn, I observed the team behind the counter.
