Unfortunately Issues are not uncommon at this tim hortons and today ends my loyalty, all the free coffee, gift cards in the world won't change my opinion. Food should not be tossed from one end of the store to the drive through window!!! Not acceptable in any restaurant. I wonder what else happens to our food without us knowing. Worst customer service. Absolutely disgusting! This Tim Hortons is untrustworthy to handle food and the porcupine health unit will be notified.( you can keep your spit filled food)

Slowest Tim Hortons ever. I've literally been standing in this line for 15 minutes. And in at the front. There's 12 people behind me right out the door. And it's always like this. There's barely any one even here working. I see 3 people behind the counter. **Update** I tried again. I've been sitting in line in the store for 35 minutes. They have only served 3 people in the line. I'm leaving without ordering anything. The drive through line is out the parking lot and down the street half a kilometer.
