Très mauvaise expérience chez Tim Hortons. J’ai attendu presque 30 minutes pour une commande très simple. Le personnel ne répond même pas quand on leur parle et semble occupé à discuter au téléphone. Ce n’est pas la première fois que je remarque un tel retard. Vraiment décevant comme service.
why is it taking 20 min to receive an iced cap. close if you don’t have enough employees or employees that don’t know how to work FAST paced customer service thank you.
