I just visited this Tim’s yesterday I had the worst experience of my life like no customer service there was an old kinda lady very arrogant her tone was not right this should not be the way to serve a guest firstly she was confused that they have it or not then I try to order something else all I went to washroom I come back was waiting for my order at pick up point she was like what you waiting for your coffee is right there can’t you see it that’s just ruin my entire day I want you to take strict actions on that lady…
Tim Hortons never disappoints! The environment is clean, cozy, and welcoming — perfect for grabbing a coffee or a quick bite. I especially want to highlight the evening staff — they are always polite, efficient, and make sure every customer is taken care of with a smile. May 19th experience—This was the worst drive-thru experience, with staff who were inexperienced in handling drive-thrus. I got charged more, and initially, I was given someone else's order. Even when asked to correct it, I still didn't get the entire order. I had to go in person to get it corrected. This ruins the whole point of the drive-thru concept.
