Should be zero stars. I drove away from drive thru order this morning and noticed they didn’t put the hockey card pack in my bag after I was gone. I went back once I returned from my work day to tell them and get it. The 2 workers there said no they can’t just give me a pack of cards and to come back and talk to the manager tomorrow. I don’t have time to keep coming back for a $1.50 pack of cards. The unbelievable part is they think a 50 year old man who makes over $100k a year was trying to scam them for a $1.50. Waited 20 minutes in the drive-through and ordered a regular coffee and got a black one
Served incredibly quickly by a nice blonde girl, Alex I think? I don't go to Tim's often so the effort she put in was really appreciated (:
So I don’t go out often to Tim’s just cause economy wise I like saving the few bucks make coffee at home but I passed by the other day and was met by a lovely Lady named Alex she gave the best customer service she was really caring and got my order to a T extremely friendly and she made me feel very welcomed~
