i went through the drive thru today and no one was at the speaker as i sat there for 3 minutes without anyone helping me and when i got to the window i was approached by a very rude lady with no name tag on and with a horrible attitude. she replied with a “what do you want” in a snarky attitude and when she took my order and i paid for it i left the drive thru to discover i didn’t even get what i asked for as i asked for a sandwich and received a wrap that i cannot have due to having tomatoes in it and i had to throw it out!... read more
My wife went in and asked for a coffee (for myself) and something savoury without egg because of an allergy. The employees, whom she had great difficulty understanding, did not know what did and did not have egg. They suggested a chicken sandwich with mayo (made from eggs) and when she explained that mayo is made with eggs they said she could have the bbq sauce. Excellent drive thru service quick in and out, friendly staff, order correct 10/10....Tim's the way it's meant to be!
I visited here just now and ordered a medium triple triple but I don’t taste sugar at all.The night shift crew is worse here and show no respect for the customers.I experience this most of the time.They just talk and laugh with their co workers.Would appreciate at least they can give quality food which we pay for. Edited 07/08/2025 I purchased 10 tim bits today and I found grey hair in one of them.Totally unacceptable!!!!
