The drive-thru at Jarvis Tim Hortons is the most demeaning/rudest in Haldimand-Norfolk. I have been contemplating saying something for over a year now, but today was the last straw. I’m so tired of their attitudes. They’re rude right from the time you order until you leave so is it any wonder the customers are not treating them well probably either. Everytime I come here, the people working drive thru are extremely rude and short. I don’t expect balloons and whistles, but I at least expect manners. I’m always asked “is that it” or they’ll cut me off with my total when I’m not finished my order. What’s weird, is everytime I come inside, I have the opposite experience and everyone is so nice. So I’m unsure what’s going on, but definitely need friendlier people in the drive thru.
