I went to the drive-thru today at 12:45 AM. A female staff member took my order and asked me to repeat it. It took four attempts before she understood my order. When I reached the pickup window, she said to me, “You are so rude.” Is this really how you treat your customers? I am a regular customer and place the same order every day. I was already disappointed during my last visit when I had to wait 15 minutes for my order. Now, to be treated like this by your crew member is truly unacceptable.
A busy branch of Tim Hortons but since it shares space with Wendy's, there is plenty of seating.
Absolutely disgusted by the customer service. No straight faced answer. Can't even get the manager to talk because of their mistakes. Advised to go somewhere else. Plenty of other Tim Hortons in Hamilton.
Evrey day I buy my coffee from this Tim Hortons but today I got wrong order at the drive thru then I took the highway and I relized he gaive me the wrong order when I come back and aske for it he was rude with me and neve help me.
