Gota loaded wrap with x-crispy onions for $0.70 extra. Lady don’t know how to punch in my ordered. When my wrap came out I asked if it had crispy pinion and they said yes. I had a few bits and no crispy onions and I kept eating thinking they were at the bottom. When I finished there wasn’t a single crispy onions on my wrap. The wrap was also folded improperly and was messy and falling apart. Slow service
I waited in line for 40 minutes and didn't even receive my drink. I had paid for it and I wasn't leaving with nothing so I was forced to take another person watermelon quencher. I am infuriated by this service as I witnessed a staff member drinking a coffee and chatting with a co-worker. My order had been ignored and there was a watermelon fruit quencher that had gone unclaimed for 6 minutes. I decided to take this opportunity as I was missing my daughter's basketball game.
