I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes finally placed my order. Another 10 minutes and I get to the pick up window pay for my food only to be told that they didn't have the item that I ordered. (NOT SURE WHY I WASN'T TOLD THAT WHERE I PLACED THE ORDER) I was asked what I wanted instead so I ordered an item that cost less than my original order. When I asked for a refund the cashier said that the food item that I received by default was more expensive. That is an absolute lie. This is why I'm writing this review.
Coffee not the same but hash browns much better
I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this Tim Hortons location is genuinely awful. Every single time I’ve come here, they’ve put way too much ice in my drink which has never happened to me at any other location. So when I went today, I decided to ask for less ice. What I received was half a cup of ice (still the same quantity of ice) and a little bit of iced coffee. The cup was filled to the third line.
