This tims branch food is soo fresh and good but employee i saw today she grabbed cup on the top part putting her finger in and she was going to make coffee then she served me while holding cup again on top soo yukki feeling while taking this coffee its humble request to management please train your employees well
Incredibly rude to certain customers, while blatantly giving VIP treatment to others. I'm there every Thursday in the drive thru lane waiting, and waiting while no one else is around ...in the next speaker someone shows up and BANG, they look after them 1st. Several times this has happened...I'm beginning to take it personally, because the employees watch me from the drive thru window! What's up with that???
I was trying to order a protein bagel and sugar free protein iced coffee. The workers could not understand the order and didn’t even know the protein bagel was on the menu, despite me pointing it out to them…They also did not know how to put a protein latte into the register and took extremely long. My bagel took 18 mins to get, and my protein latte wasn’t even made with protein milk, but 2% milk, despite me paying an extra dollar for protein milk in it.
