Good food and service
I had a highly disappointing experience at this location today. There was a misunderstanding regarding my beverage order, which resulted in me being charged for an additional item I did not request. Additionally, I was only informed at the drive-thru window that the croissants I ordered were unavailable, without any proactive confirmation prior to that point.
I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 5 years, and unfortunately, the service at this Tim Hortons has been consistently disappointing for all 5 of them - this plaza is also relatively new. I’ve overlooked it in the past because, at least, the staff were generally kind and tried to be helpful. Today, however, was easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at *any* Tim Hortons.
