Really need to get your evening crew in shape - the length of time it is now constantly taking now to get through the drive thru is getting ridiculous

I usually grab a breakfast sandwich or a bagel, and it hits the spot. Service is usually fast, and the prices are affordable. It’s a good place for a casual hangout or to grab something on the go. Sometimes the lines can be long during busy hours, but overall, it’s a solid choice for everyday coffee and snacks.
Have been going to this Tims for two weeks now cause it's on route to where my site is. Service seems like they are pissed off and pretty absent minded. Customer service has been substandard, although food is consistently good (if they get the order right). Expect to have to go back to get what you ordered and have to pay for it again cause the staff will for sure force you to pay. We stopped by to see if we have something to eat there, but nothing from lunch menu is available. If then why do they even open. McDonald's have foods all the time. Why can't they make atleast one or 2 items out of the menu.
