Picked up coffees and bagels few times from drive thru. Always greeted by smiles and serving perfectly stirred coffee every time. I was pleasantly surprised by their birthday wishes as well. One of the best tims locations to purchase from.
This location is disgusting and their customer service is even worst. They put 0 care into making their food, they gave me a cold croissant with cold cheese and a cold egg with mayo just slapped on. I also ordered a coffee at the screen which they repeated but didn’t lunch in, so when I grabbed this croissant & asked for it they got annoyed. Cherry ontop is they’re yelling at you to drive on because there’s a line behind (there was 2 cars) and I didn’t get the opportunity to ask them to heat up my food because it was so cold... read more
Just went in the drive thru 5 minutes ago and my order was taken by a girl who was disrespectful for absolutely no reason. I asked for a BELT but to sub an English muffin for the bagel, she said “you can’t do that”…I get the same order everyday, why can’t I do that today? She replied in a really disrespectful tone “well I’m telling u that u can’t”.
