I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had an unpleasant experience today. The male Indian staff member at the counter kept laughing at me every time I tried to place my order. When it happened again this morning, he didn’t apologize and continued laughing. I felt embarrassed and left without ordering. I hope management takes this seriously and trains staff to treat customers with respect.
I stopped by Tim Hortons today and had a really disappointing customer service experience. The woman who took my order at the counter was very kind and patient, and I appreciated her. But while I was waiting for my order, another employee started yelling something out. I believe some employees may benefit from re-watching the training videos, as they are not consistently following Tim Hortons’ procedures. Like dispensing medium espresso shots for large drinks When I asked for their reasoning, the explanations did not match tims standards. App says you get an icecap and 10 TimBits $5. They scanned the app. And it did not process. First she said weekend promotion only. Then she said the app is always wrong and the manager said they won’t do anything about it.
the service is terrible, every time i order there the workers interrupt me mid sentence and walk off. the employees there are also rude, i understand customer service is a tough job, but it’s not okay to have attitude as a fully grown adult to a customer. i’ve had to wait 15+ minutes for food multiple times because the workers can’t do their job properly, and don’t even they bother asking me for my receipt.
