Worker not acknowledging customer at line. Busy hanging out and talking amongst themselves. Bad customer service
I am TIRED of this location. I see many reviews about this morning hijab lady , she is manager I have spoke about her to others. SHE IS THE WORST! I had so many run ins with her attitudes as customer for years. IT GETS TO A POINT, why nothing being done? WHY is she still there after this many reviews? Get it together. This lady has made so so many people mad and Tim Hortons is not doing something? Ridiculous.
I am a daily customer here in the mornings. Every single day the hijabi lady at the drive through is extremely rude and makes bad expressions. The team needs to maintain a neutral behaviour and provide better costumer service.
