I asked for one sugar in my drink but the girl making beverages put two sugars and i was standing at front and watching it . When i asked her she didn’t accept it . So bad customer service . Staff speak very fast and not polite. Zero customer service. Everytime i visit store there’s only one girl working at front . We have to wait for so long . I don’t know who scheduled their shifts .

Pushpindir was amazing at the Tim Hortons Highstreet inside Walmart. Excellent customer service one of the best I experienced at a Tim's Lately. I live a great service and I got that today , 10 stars! She deserves employee of the month. We'll done.
I am writing to express my concern about my recent experience at the Tim Hortons located inside Walmart. Today, while I was shopping, I noticed that the staff were cleaning the walls. When I later returned to order some food, I was informed that no food items were being served after 7:00 PM. This was confusing to me, as the store’s closing time is 9:00 PM.
