Over time, I have noticed they have gotten a lot better, me and my mom usually come here for a meal once every 1 to 2 weeks when we go to watch ducks by the water. They have become a lot more reliable with their orders than how it was in the past. No tables for seating all but it's a very small location anyways meant for mostly just drive through.
I ordered ahead of time (approximately 20 minutes) So I ordered my food at 3:20pm and they said it would be ready at 3:40pm. I walked in at 3:45pm and showed them the email that I received and they told me it would be at least 10mins . They hadn't started my order yet. This happened at least twice before at the same store!!! I chaulk it up to new management and most people know exactly what I mean!! Please honor your time commitment on your app! Thankyou 🤔
