Mona did great and smiling setvice
I went to Robson st .Vancouver location and the lady cashier named Mona was wonderful and helpful.Shes amazing employee.

It's was so chaotic in the store. Ordered a marshmallow foam latte, they didn't have marshmallow foam. Ordered a ice cafe latte, the latte machine was down. I am not sure what is avaliable in the store anymore.
Not much for a vegan diet (actually the lady didn't know what "plant based /vegan" was. But I had a nice oat latte and a nice visit with friends.
