I had a really bad experience at one of your locations. I was eating my rice bowl and found a piece of a plastic glove inside the food. Honestly, it was super gross and totally ruined my meal. It’s really disappointing and makes me question how the food is being handled in the kitchen. I didn’t expect this from a place like Tim Hortons.
Stopped in this morning while traveling from Edmonton. I needed to use the restroom, but it was locked. When I asked, the staff member rudely said, “No, you can't use it,” with no greeting or offer to make a purchase first. Very poor customer service and disappointing experience.
Top ten worst Tim Hortons in whole Canada. Those guys refused to give us a cup of water with my order. In summer. Really despicable.
