Visited on January 1 around 4:55 PM with a friend. Although we did receive a refund, the overall experience was disappointing. The way the cashier spoke to us felt rude and unprofessional. We were informed that the items we ordered were unavailable only after paying, and the tea we received was also not good, so we had to throw it away. I hope the staff communication and service quality can be improved.

My friend and I visited Tim Hortons on the first day of the year, and unfortunately the experience wasn’t great. While my friend was ordering, the cashier on duty came across as rude, which really took away from the visit—especially on what should be a positive start to the year. I hope the staff member receives some coaching on customer service and communication. Also, the tea we received was very poor in quality and we ended up throwing it away. Sharing this feedback in hopes things improve.
