The spot at 555 West Hastings was pretty busy, especially during lunch. The staff varied—some were rushed, others, like the new barista Komal, were attentive and made my iced latte just right. Wait times were long, and the counter felt a bit chaotic. Parking’s a nightmare nearby, and portions were standard for the price. Maybe more training for staff on handling rushes and customer requests?
Cleanliness is an issue
This location never disappoints! Quality service, and the staff are exceptional for such a busy spot.
Not clean, people those who work are so shouty with their chat.
