Understaffed, undertrained, overworked. This is probably the worst Tims on the island, its filthy and does not get cleaned properly or according to company standards, theres been a puddle of urine in the womans washroom for over a week, full of giant winged ants that have drowned in it. Most of the staff are kids who will ignore you despite making eye contact, where tim hortons training mentions to always green and acknowledge guests. The girl currently working front end is working her butt off. This location is not staffed well enough for the demand. Currently waiting for my mobile order. It has been 10 minutes. The worker is fantastic, literally wiping sweat off her face. Management needs to do better with their scheduling practices! However, it will fall on deaf ears yet again.
