I have been many times, and now it is slow. I have never waited so long for food before at Tim Hortons. What happened? Did they change the administration? Aside from that, they used to have bilingual staff, but not anymore. What did you folks change?
J’ai été déçu par l’attitude d’une personne en position de gestion (gérante ou superviseur). Son comportement envers les employés m’a semblé irrespectueux et peu professionnel. Une meilleure communication et un peu plus de respect rendraient l’environnement beaucoup plus agréable, autant pour les employés que pour les clients.
Tim Hortons Principal is a very good place with excellent service and respectful staff. The environment is always clean and organized, and orders are prepared quickly. The employees are friendly and create a great experience for customers. Highly recommended.
