I usually have a great experience at Tim Hortons during the week, my order is always consistent, and it rings up as a combo with no issues. But on the weekend, it’s a different story. A supervisor named Addie (who wasn’t even the one serving me) suddenly stepped in, rolled her eyes, and told me my usual order wouldn’t count as a combo due to a system update.
