Our favourite Tim's in Regina; Candice is a standout employee- always positive and has a smile on her face! And always makes sure you have the right order! Great service!

I felt really disappointed this morning. The lady working the drive-thru around 7 AM (Thursday, August 14) was rude. I’m not sure if that’s just the way she talks or if she was actually being rude. I repeated my order twice at the speaker, and she just said, “I got you.” When I got to the window, my order was messed up. When I asked about it, she replied in a rude tone, “You need to let us know next time. I can’t do anything, there’s a lineup behind you.” She was not even listening and rushing for the next costumer. I would complain about the service but there really is none. Stood in line for over five minutes while they took care of every single car in the drive through. Not worth going unless you're in a car.
