Went through Drive-Thru last night with a survey for a $1 French Vanilla. Handed it to them. Oh we can NOT accept this survey cause it's from a different Tim Horton's. WTH!!!!! You lost sight of Customer Service. I hope you had to toss my drink!!!! It's a shame too! I won't be back.
Tim Hortons on 7th and Albert is always a great stop for a perfect cup of coffee and delicious fresh baked goods. The staff are friendly in night shift and the service is quick.
I enjoy stopping by this Tim Hortons location regularly because the coffee and donuts are always great. The store is clean, and the prices are reasonable. The only challenge I noticed is that some of the workers have limited English skills, which sometimes makes communication a bit tricky. However, they are still friendly and do their best to provide good service. Overall, I appreciate their effort and would recommend this Tim Hortons for a quick and tasty treat.
