Absolutely disgusted by this Tim Hortons. On Sunday, November 2nd, between 11:15 a.m. and 12:45 p.m., we went through the drive-thru and ordered two sausage sandwiches, and what we received was completely unacceptable. When I bit into it, I realized the sausage was not fully cooked. Really disappointed with the back of house at this Tim Hortons. I ordered three Simply Sausages and was told they didn’t have any, which is ridiculous. You know you have lunch rushes and don’t have any back ups? The drive-thru line was extremely long, and even once I got up to the window, it still took minutes to get my order. I had a very disappointing and disrespectful experience with Christian, the supervisor at this Tim Hortons location. At approximately 4:45 pm on 31st October 2025. I went to order a French Vanilla with one Chai Tea bag and used a survey coupon that was given to me by the same store just a day before.
