The employee’s behavior this afternoon was very bad. I don’t know their name, but they need to learn how to treat customers properly.
Drive through is extremely slow. Was in line for 10 mins for 1 coffee.
I would give zero stars if that were an option. I visited Tim Hortons today around 8:30 PM and ordered a coffee. At the drive-thru window, I politely asked for a survey code. The staff member responded rudely, stating that they cannot give a survey to just anyone. I explained that I had made a purchase and that the survey is typically provided with an order, but she refused. Very disappointing customer service and an unprofessional interaction.
