I had a wonderful experience at Tims Hortons Carleton-Clearview today.The staff member Christian was welcoming,polite and provided excellent service. My order was prepared quickly and accurately and he made me feel valued as a customer.The friendly attitude and professionalism made my day. Thank you for the great service.

Staff are very accommodating. Service is good.
If i could give them 0 starts and still leave a review i would, their steep tea machine is always broken and they are “always waiting on a part” They constantly make food wrong even when there are allergies and the only thing they say is oh we will make you a new one and this happens. NO. Train your kitchen staff to listen and care about the orders and their customers. Putting something on food that someone is allergic too can cause so many more problems. By Far the absolute worst tim’s i have ever went too.
Good old Tim Horns man what you got to say to you coffee's all right donuts are sweet and now they got these pizza. Things with a habanero sauce is actually fire. It is still Tim Horns though. Bear bear out
