I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Tim Hortons. I ordered a plain donut, two chocolate dip donuts, a strawberry cheesecake muffin, a hot chocolate, and a steeped tea—but received completely different items: three sugar glazed donuts, a blueberry muffin, a mocha coffee, and a double double. Excellent customer service. Friendly staff.
Very rude behaviour of employee. Special Prinka mishra. She treated very badly all the time. Authority must take action against her.
