My order was ready and sitting in the kitchen. I unfortunately had to touch all orders to find mine. Drive thru and parking lot layout is horrible.
I ordered a flatbread pizza on the app. I drive thru to pick up. The server said it wasnt ready to pick up on the drive thru and the when i went into the restaurant, the flatbread pizza was sitting on the counter. It was cooled already and no one offers to help, especially the lady told me the pizza was not ready. She looked at me and left unassisted. The other server helped.
