I visited this location on Sunday after 4 PM and had to wait several minutes for my food and drink, which would have been fine if the staff were actually busy. However, a lady named Bal Kirat and two other male employees were loudly talking and discussing something about messages instead of focusing on customers. It felt very unprofessional and disappointing, as it delayed my order and made the atmosphere uncomfortable. It's a smaller location so they don't have as much variety in food, but I have to praise their mobile ordering responsiveness. They are quick and the order is usually ready by the time I arrive to pick it up.
