Amazing service by staff and good atmosphere

I like this location a lot , the staff is super nice .. yesterday I was greeted by a young man name Lovepreet and he was chatty and welcoming which I love, great costumer service skills . Only issue I have with this location is them saying “wait” while they make your order , especially for mobile Ordering but overall the service is great
Today I visit Tim Hortons around 11 am (June 28,2025 ) .I take my order in drive thru . The girl on the window named Raman ! Firstly,she is speaking to other employee and I am waiting on window she does not care about it . Secondly , she talked very rudely with no manners and respect. Very disappointed with the service.She had no manners while speaking to me and were extremely rude .This is not customer should treated . The food is fresh and taste . I hope the management addresses this . And I will get good customer service ... read more
