The staff was rude they told us the lobby was closed because they had just mopped and it was only 6:30 pm when the store usually closes at 8:00 pm. When we requested to talk to the manager they changed their attitude and told us that we could stay.
Tim Hortons products are consistently delicious, and that’s honestly the main reason people keep coming back. The coffee, donuts, and food generally meet expectations and taste great. However, the biggest issue is the poor customer service and the lack of cleanliness. Many employees seem uninterested or poorly trained, which affects the overall experience.
