I had one of the WORST!!!!! experiences I’ve ever had at Tim Hortons, and honestly, it’s concerning on a serious level. As someone who is a lifelong diabetic, I specifically ordered a sugar-free drink. The employee had no idea what that meant and didn’t seem interested in figuring it out. Poor communication there's a girl server has no communication , she saw you waiting and after you speak to her ...she say's " i have other order to finish" what the heck this server need to train we are 2 people in the line waiting for a minute., better replace the girl server the one with good communication and attitude.
It was a very unpleasant experience. The staff were unfriendly and did not pay attention to the customers. I wasted my time because they did not take my order properly. Also, they chattered and laughed in their own language in front of the customers, which was offensive.
