For a suburban Tim's this one was surprisingly sad. Greeting me as I entered were cobwebs (complete with spider!) hanging from the light fixtures along with the tape remnants from decoration past left me feeling like the staff no longer care. Patrons were either asleep across tables and armchairs, or staring dead-eyed out the windows. It was bleak. Don't get me wrong....I'll be back to feed my steeped tea addiction, but will probably only be a drive through visit.
I'm not sure why they changed the decaf coffee to a watered down version but all the Tim's now seem to have switched to it. Its absolutely disgusting. I thought it was just happening at the odd Tim's but it's wide spread. Must be coming from head office. If I wanted to drink just hot water I could save money and get that at home.
