Wastage of time
It’s 1:33 pm and I got a biscuit latte with a shot of espresso. The gentleman running the window was not the nicest to talk to and was showing signs of fustration. When my drink was called he didn’t say “biscoft with expression” nor did he wrote it down on the lid(both standard practices) so I asked and was met with a stern voice”yes” truth is, I don’t think I got the expresso shot that I PAID for. I come here all the time and this experience leave me questioning if I come back. Especially if I don’t get what I paid for.
