This location used to be one of the best — I would even drive from Barrie just to come here. The staff were always friendly, and the food was consistently fresh and high quality. Unfortunately, it’s not the same anymore. Some of the new staff are not as friendly, my orders often come out wrong like at other locations, and the food quality has really dropped. Sadly, I won’t be coming back anymore. maybe the staff during the week is better.

This is one of my favourite Tim Hortons to go to. I Go there every morning on my way to work. Out of the two years I’ve been coming here. I’ve only had one not so great customer experience. Other than that everyone’s always been friendly and light. Jill is always happy and so very friendly. no matter what time of the day I am there. There’s also another lovely woman that works there. I do not know her name, but she is there most of the mornings also. I I always have a good start to my day when I stop there.

I had a very large order. I called the night before and Stephen took the order and made sure it was ready to go first thing in the morning for me. They’re awesome there.
