I visited this Tim Hortons for the first time instead of my usual Innisfil Beach location. I want to thank a staff member named Harvey. My English is not strong, but she was very patient, kind, and helped me with a smile. Even when someone behind me got frustrated, she stayed calm and handled it well. Harvey is a great example of customer service. Tim Hortons needs more employees like her! Will always be come there for customer services go there please
