The staff is so rude don't have manners to talk with customers. They really don't know the meaning of greeting. They are working in tim hortons but still they don't about the tim hortons stuff. Take 6-7 minutes for a single coffee. So bad service in this tim hortons I never experienced that kind of service in any food court. They really need to learn things. They have no sense how to talk with customers. Very very very very bad staff no sense. There is need to change the every staff member.
I would have given them 0 star if I could every time I go there all the staff is yelling at each other not friendly at all they don’t value their customers time i had to wait 20 minutes just for a wrap i went upto them and said this is the wrong drink the owner of this Tim Hortons said idk and just left.
jennifer provides fast service, jina is hilarious and I enjoy having conversations with her, marissa is very sweet, richard makes yummy food, carol is kind - they all create a comfortable and friendly environment and atmosphere and I love seeing them everyday at uni.
I had a great experience at Tim Hortons! Giana and the entire team were very friendly, welcoming, and professional. The service was excellent, and everyone made sure customers felt valued. The team worked together efficiently and maintained a positive atmosphere. Special thanks to Giana for providing such great customer service. Keep up the amazing work! Highly recommend this location.
