They don't have sense and ethics how to talk to customers. One of the employee Jenna she's soo rude. She don't know menu items even. I went there and she was taking my order . First she left me on counter and went away to make coffee for someone else. Then when se came back she started yelling at me to do fast or go back. She's not professional at all. Worst service.
People have been complaining about this location for a very long time and yet there has been zero improvement. I would be very surprised if someone from Tim Hortons corporate visited this location and thought it was OK. I think they would be embarrassed.
