The debit machine was down at the drive through, but they continued to take orders instead of closing it. Customers had to go inside and wait in line again, and repeat their orders because they weren’t saved in the system. Then after 10 minutes of waiting, they told me that they didn’t have hash browns for my farmers wrap. And then they forgot to give me a straw for my ice capp. Go to literally any other location, this one doesn’t deserve your time nor your money.
Great place to have break
On June 19 2025 at approximately 7:25 am while waiting for my order to be made, I and another customer witnessed what I think to be a Manager verbally abuse a front counter worker. This " manager was a shorter east Indian woman. She was considerably upset a out spilled water on the floor. She was way out of line! Both of us customers agreed we would lodge a complaint. I am currently attempting to contact Tim Hortins head office and am considering the labor board of Ontario depending on the response i get from head office!
