I ordered online with Uber. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied and happy with what we received. Brook even called us when they ran out of an item and left a sweet note in the order just case we were dissatisfied. 10/10 experience. Made my day
The service here is top notch! Trevor and the staff are beyond exceptional!! Everyone is extremely friendly and professional. The definition of amazing service. Great job everyone! You all represent what Tim Hortons is all about! By far the best Tim Hortons I've been too in the province.
Same story I have with other locations... They seem to like to cut corners on certain drinks, particularly the quenchers... There is never enough syrup in them whenever my partner brings one home for me, and way, WAY too much damned ice! Would a bit less ice and more syrup really kill you? Tim's has been on a sharp decline ever since it was hoovered up by foreign private equity...
I would give 6 stars for service if I could! Came in a previous week asking to be sure my baked goods were packaged separately due to someone I was buying for having a contact allergy to walnuts; Happily did so!
