This is our local Tim Hortons, we usually go in the morning and always have a pleasant experience. We do notice the evening staff is not the friendliest. This female worker is obviously rude and has zero customer service skills. I have also lodged an online complaint. Maybe she is better off at the back than facing the customers.
Employee named “gurpreet” caught picking nose and touching everybody’s food. Disgusting.
