No one speaks English at the drive thru window , they always get the order wrong .
I’ve ordered from this location many times, but I was extremely disappointed with my experience today. I asked for mayo instead of the standard ranch or chipotle sauce on my sandwich. The staff member rudely told me it only comes with ranch or chipotle. Which is not true because I have ordered the same thing many times at this location. When I received my food, it was slathered in mayo to a point where it was completely inedible. It’s frustrating when a simple request is treated with unexpected attitude.
Went through the drive through and took 2 minutes just to order 20 timbits lemonade and 6 muffins because the employee constantly got our orders wrong.
I placed a mobile order around 1:30 AM through the app. When I arrived at the drive-thru, I was told they didn’t have my order even though my app showed it was confirmed and already paid for. I was asked to double back since there was a car behind me, after explaining the situation, staff member stated that they couldn’t do anything and said, “What do you want me to do?
