UPDATE 30 APRIL 2026 07:34AM I've just spent literally 25 minutes in the Drive-Thru. There is not enough staff hired. Apparently it's better to waste 30 minutes of hundreds of people's time in the morning rather than pay for an extra employee or two. I'm going to continually update this review, and continually use this store end report on how they operate so people are informed. UPDATE APRIL 15, 2026: I just waited 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru before getting to the order speaker to be told that they're only accepting cash. They didn't put a sign out so people didn't waste time on their busy mornings to work. This restaurant just doesn't care. This has been a trend for a long time now and I will keep updating. END OF UPDATE. I go to this Tim Hortons every morning, and every morning I asked for two sweetener and every morning they either put sugar or don't put sweetener in it at all.
