This was the best Tim Hortons experience I’ve ever had. We had the new supreme steak sandwich, farmers wraps, bagel belts, timbits and donuts and everything was fresh, tasty and delicious. The service was welcoming and Asia was just so friendly and hospitable. To top it off, it has an incredible view of the ocean.
Came through the drive thru this morning and had to repeat my order 3 times because the cashier kept interrupting, and asking if that was everything. The service at the window was rushed, not a terrible thing to be quick but saying goodmorning and then have a nice day all in the same breath, felt like they were reading a script. Mocha was watery usually a huge fan...
I want to highlight the amazing service I received from Asia, a lovely girl who made my experience at Tim Hortons so much more than just grabbing a coffee. From the moment I walked in, she was very kind, and made me feel genuinely welcome. She wasn’t just focused on selling, but on providing a warm and personalized service.
