The iced matchas, chocolatine and apple fritter were delicious and fresh, merci! Also, the lady at the drive-thru window was bilingual, that was nice :-). I understand it was busy and there was someone behind us, but handing us our order with eye contact and a smile would not have taken more time :-(. The other lady who handed our food to us was kind of grumpy and brusque. Thank you for your efforts though overall, maybe the workers may feel stress from time pressure. I hope they get enough breaks.
