Kiosk hasn’t worked the last two times going there so it takes twice as much time to order. When you want to customize your items it’s basically ignored or not assembled correctly. No alternatives of the same price are actually offered when items are not available. Ex: Orange Tangerine Protein Quencher (they didn’t have any protein milk left so they had put regular, which therefore it should’ve been discounted as the main ingredient is no longer in the drink).
The employee at the front gave us the wrong item multiple times, made multiple items wrong, and it took nearly 40 minutes to get through the whole ordeal. Save yourself the trouble and just go to the other location in town. I will never return to this location.
