Hi, At Tim Hortons, there is a slim girl who works there regularly. I’ve noticed several times that her behaviour and attitude towards customers are very bad. She often treats people in a rude and unprofessional way. I think she should understand that she is there to provide service, not to show attitude. I know her name, but I prefer not to mention it. Give her some moral and training.
