Asked for a regular coffee and they didn’t even ask but added milk(or cream) without asking.
Waited in line for 20+ minutes while the staff ignored the tills and only focused on their app/skip orders. Lineup in lobby was huge, snaking all around the restaurant. So are they understaffed? Lack of good management? There is no drive through at this location. Zero apology for the wait by the way. I worked at a Tim Horton's myself and we actually had some pride in how fast we could deliver the service.
What lousy service. There was 6 staff there all sitting behind the counter talking and laughing. There was only myself and one other in line. It took 15 minutes to get our order as they ignored us and kept talking and laughing.
