Dirty table and they would not clean it I asked for rag they gave a paper to wipe it clean your table to lazy they said we don't do that came back someone spilled there drink all over the floor and the staff would not clean I had to yell 4 times not only that I ordered a coffee with no sugar they gave me a coffee with sugar got new coffee still with sugar
The early morning staff are great. Very friendly, hard working and seems even though they may get the difficult disturbing unruly customer they are on top of things. They do seem to need an extra hand in the a.m and I think maybe a manager should be there more often. Not think. Actually a manager must be there. Great work guys! Love ya!
When I walk in around 9am there is only one person working the til and a HUGE lineup. I've had to walk out a few times because the lineup was too long. There is a really nice older lady that works at the front operating the cash by herself and does the best she can, very polite and friendly too! Please help get some additional staff to help her out at the front. I dont want to see her get burnt out.
