Edit Oct 5th/26 Issue resolved thank you guys! I felt so bad I didnt want to be the one to complain, i see how hard staff at this location work and how friendly everyone is i appreciate it so much 🥰 Tims on Graham is my favorite location, pretty much there daily that staff see me and start my order 😅 love the staff but i will say the ice capps the last i want to say 2-3 months have had a yeast taste to them so i been going to the Tims on Donald or isabel instead
The person at the counter was lovely and kind
I have been coming to this Tim Hortons for almost two years. Unfortunately, I have had a bad experience with the washroom. They often close the washroom very early, sometimes before 5:00 p.m., even though the restaurant is still open. This is inconvenient for customers. I hope management can address this issue.
