Ketchup isn’t supposed to be hot. They told me they keep it by the oven. Though it doesn’t have to be refrigerated, it shouldn’t be kept warm!
Rude, food is always off. Cream taste old. They don't honer deals or rewards. Not the only time Hortons with problems.....
I hate this location because they take so many online orders when the mall is busy already. Food takes FOREVER and the person making the food ALWAYS works so slowly, considering they always have a full board of orders. Meanwhile Mc Donald's coffee is cheaper and they provide better service with self serve kiosks. The line moves slow too. Unfortunately my sausage scrambled loaded wrap was the worst I have ever had in my life... They make the coffee perfect here, a lot of other places in the city. Not as good as this place.
