Today I went to Tim Hortons at 525 University av. with my brother, who came from another country, because I wanted him to experience one of the most iconic coffee shops in Canada. Unfortunately, what he experienced instead was the complete lack of education, professionalism, and basic customer service from the cashier working the Thursday May 7th 5:00 PM shift.
