Customer service is completely ignorant. Maybe in your 24 hours of video training you can show your Gen Z employees the original Tim Hortons commercials, with smiles good mornings! And personable attitudes. I cannot believe how rude and ignorant your young staff was to my husband and I this morning. She didn’t even speak to us she had a rude look on her face. Ordered a cruisant that i see in the display...only to be told that i couldnt get it till 1pm....told that i had to wait till then because those are left there for pictures for head office! 2 problems here....1 I see it why cant i buy it? ****#2 why is there product left there in display for weeks if not months touching all the fresh product....Health Canada would let thos fly and at that those are written off as garbage EVERY DAY for tax purposes but they arent being thrown out everyday! ***ALL THOSE SINGLE ONES YOU ARENT A... read more
7:37pm Tuesday night. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and they advised “we are all out of food for the night”. How?
We have visited this location a handful of times now. We have enjoyed anything we have ordered. We have not had any problems with our experience as some other reviewers have mentioned. The coffee was hot and fresh and our food was exactly as expected. No complaints here.
