Very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons (191 trunk road, Sault Ste. Marie) today around 6 PM at the drive-through. I ordered my usual medium double-double and when I reached the payment window, I opened my Tim Hortons app and showed the barcode to redeem my points. The employee, Ruhi, didn’t even look at the barcode and immediately asked me to pay. Best Tims in town
Very disappointed with the service. The staff were not friendly and the customer service was poor. I ordered a coffee and the taste was really bad and not fresh. The drink was not made properly. I expected better quality. I hope they improve their service and coffee quality.
