One of the staff shouting on me just because of i ask her to change one type of donut from both boxes. Incident happened on 4april 2026. I also shout in return thats my mistake. Management can check the video in between 4pm to 5pm and try to give training that how to deal in these type of situation. The other girl handle the situation. Thanks for the services.
Very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons (191 trunk road, Sault Ste. Marie) today around 6 PM at the drive-through. I ordered my usual medium double-double and when I reached the payment window, I opened my Tim Hortons app and showed the barcode to redeem my points. The employee, Ruhi, didn’t even look at the barcode and immediately asked me to pay.
