I go here pretty often and usually the service is fine. The workers are typically quick and competent. However, I was recently served by employees that seemed to be new (at least, I’ve never seen them before). I ordered food to go and the cook gave me my food in my hands like everything was normal. I looked confused and then asked for a bag to put the food in. It was very embarrassing and awkward. She also didn’t give me any napkins. J'ai acheté un café et des cartes de hockey sur l'appli TIM. Arrivé au comptoir on me dit qu'il n'ont pas de cartes. Je demande de me faire rembourser, mais on refuse, disant que c'est impossible. La jeune fille me dit que je peux me faire rembourser sur l'appli, je lui demande comment et, après avoir cherché quelques minutes sur mon téléphone, elle me pointe l'outil de clavardage...
