Ce n’est pas précisément pour les employés, mais plus pour le management. Déjà la machine espresso ne fonctionne jamais. Le café est jamais fait de la bonne manière. En plus une crème deux sucre c’est pourtant facile. Je crois les employes ont besoin d’être formé. Souvent les articles ne sont pas disponibles. Et si c’est disponible c’est mal fait.
